TICKET SUBSIDY FORM
Toyota Motor Manufacturing
of Kentucky generously granted a subsidy for
students on Free and Reduced Lunch. This subsidy paid up to 50% of the ticket price for those students.
If you have students who
qualify for our Free and Reduced Lunch Subsidy
program,

download and print out your application form.
Applications must be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks
prior to the performance. There are limited funds
so applications will be granted on a first come first
serve basis.
